Banged for the buck.
Not long after having bought their new machines, Richard & Dunstan both got screwed over by the recently launched new line of speed-bumped G4 portables. Ironically, at about the same time, thanks to the new line of machines, I got my 2nd-hand iBook for quite a cheap price — every new release creates a downward pressure on the value of the older machines on the used market and I definitely got lucky (albeit with just a G3-600 iBook).
