“Without a trace.” was penned precisely on 29 December, 2004 03:41 PM, which happened to be a Wednesday. but you know what? dullneon.com's random notes has now moved to a new location.

“My best friend Patrik Nevalainen is missing. He is 16 years old. If you find him or someone other from family Nevalainen please contact me. I just want to know is he dead or alive.”
That was one of many appeals for news on missing friends and family. An entire generation of children was probably wiped out by this impetuous bolt out of the blue. Massive aid & relief efforts are underway to help the displaced but I just cannot imagine what anyone can possibly say to console the fathers and the mothers, who had their children taken from them.
