“Open-source, marketing and monkeys.” was penned precisely on 5 June, 2005 03:40 PM, which happened to be a Sunday. but you know what? dullneon.com's random notes has now moved to a new location.
After reading James Cherkoff’s Open Source Marketing a few weeks back, I had a hard time trying to articulate what I saw as holes/leaps-of-faith in his ‘theory’. And then Mark Silveira comes along, picks it all apart and strings together the words I couldn’t find — “Could a million monkeys typing on a million keyboards for a million years produce Shakespeare?”
Read Mark’s rampage in full.
this was published on 5 June in the year 2005, which was a Sunday. anyway, all this is old and archived. everything has been now been moved, so head on down to the revamped almost daily random notes (unless of course you like this old stuff too much to part with it).
