Google Pack.
Aimed at Windows XP users, Google Pack is a collection of software that is all tied together by the Google Updater, which keeps the bundled software up to date. Probably a boon for the “lazy” people who want their applications & downloads all in once place – useful also for recovering after a disk crash. But the Google Updater may possibly be the ticket Google is looking for to push more stuff to our desktops (and consequently sell more space for their ads).
We’ll have to wait and see…
