Hey man, slow down… slow down.

Daily life has become a cacophony of experiences that disable our senses, disconnect us from one another and damage the environment… But deep experience of the world — meaningful and revealing relationships with the people, places and things we interact with — requires many speeds of engagement, and especially the slower ones.

Leading the charge for slow design are the designers of the not-for-profit slowLab. What they promote is not about the lack of speed, but about thought & deliberation as a crucial part of the process, much like the difference between a pencil sketch on a paper versus a quick scamp on the computer.
