Yahoo! Mail has started rolling out a new (beta) interface to the masses almost 9 months after Yahoo! acquired Oddpost. This near-complete overhaul of Yahoo! Mail seems to use lots of really complex (AJAX-style) JavaScript and seems to work sweetly in most browsers. After giving it a spin, Gmail suddenly feels a little unpolished. And if you plan on trying out the new Yahoo! Mail today, open a new ‘compose’ window and click ‘Subject’ for a fun easter egg feature.
