Currently, I am a paying, and very satisfied, user of Kaspersky Antivirus on my Windows workstation and I would recommend it very highly. I’m sure there are lots more out there, but I just listed the ones that worked for me before. And if you’re on Mac OS X, screw the slow and lumbering Norton AntiVirus for Macintosh and give ClamXav a try.
