Social network fatigue.

Every single social networking site makes you re-enter your name, birth date, email address. They all make you re-add all your friends, family and acquaintances. What if there was a way to import all these details from an existing profile? That’s the idea behind the Social Network Portability — using xfn, hCard, hResume and other microformats to reduce repetition and enhance automation.

If only (the currently) popular social networking sites like Facebook and Linkedin supported and allowed exporting your data into microformats…
