Zorse.

A 1793 illustration of the quagga stallion of Louis XVI's menagerie at Versailles.
The Quagga is an extinct sub-species of the zebra and it died out in 1883. Despite being extinct for more than a hundred years, the Quagga Project in South Africa is trying bring back the animal from extinction by “breeding with selected southern Plains Zebras”.

Give that Quaggas don’t exist anymore, I find it strange they don’t really say exactly what they are breeding these plains Zebras with.
