“A comic strip from spam.” was penned precisely on 20 November, 2007 04:07 PM, which happened to be a Tuesday. but you know what? dullneon.com's random notes has now moved to a new location.
Every day for two and a half weeks, Tom Manning created a comic strip based on the text supplied by spam e-mails.
Tom took the words from the e-mails – the e-mail subject became the title of the comic, the author’s name was that of the spammer – and imagined how the content might translate into a daily strip. Very interesting stuff, similar in theme to what they do at Spamusement.
While on the subject of spam mail subject lines, you just have to see Linzie Hunter’s Spam One-liners.
this was published on 20 November in the year 2007, which was a Tuesday. anyway, all this is old and archived. everything has been now been moved, so head on down to the revamped almost daily random notes (unless of course you like this old stuff too much to part with it).
