Another happy, fun video from the band that brought us the original happy, fun video. There’s an open letter from OK Go about video embedding and other marketing issues for their new album – quite a good look at how (a small part of) the music industry works.
A great cover of an old classic by Florence + The Machine, and a very distracting video, I must say.
This video has been around for a while and it’s a delightfully executed piece of work featuring Noel Fielding (of The Mighty Boosh). Despite being a big fan of the song and video, how I never got round to linking this earlier completely escapes me.
Bizarre, bizarre, bizarre. Absolutely bizarre. I mean, seriously WTF?
Simple idea that is nicely executed for a great song. I wonder how much of it was ‘real’, because some of it looks a bit too post-production precise, though that should not take anything away from the overall aesthetics.
Another beautiful, eccentric and lovingly crafted video for Of Montreal. Even if you are not a fan of their music, you gotta love Of Montreal for their videos at least.
What a cute/weird/bizarre video from the English duo, The Boy Least Likely To!
No news on why apple juice didn’t make it to the track title though.
I really do wonder how they disposed of the ‘trillions of bean bag balls’ that went into this video.
Wrong is the first single from Depeche Mode’s new album, Sounds Of The Universe, due out next month. I already like the the dark, dark look of things to come.
