For someone who watches very little TV, I’ve become quite a fan of Lie To Me, which stars Tim Roth as Dr. Cal Lightman and Kelli Williams as Dr. Gillian Foster. It’s a procedural police drama with a fun twist involving intense applications of microexpressions and psychology.
I caught this episode last night, “Tractor Man” where there was an excellent scene involving a bomber with a cellphone and Tim Roth’s character trying to talk him down in a crowded, public area. It was a good episode and, like the rest of the series, tightly-filmed and rather enjoyable. I only started on season two; time to get season one on DVD!
