LIVE Singapore! is a research project by MIT Senseable City Lab that “provides people with access to a range of useful real-time information about their city by developing an open platform for the collection, elaboration and distribution of real-time data that reflect urban activity”. My grasp of the English language is pretty good but that’s a lot of words that sound far too complex.
In any case, this MIT project is sponsored by the National Research Foundation of Singapore and they’ve got some great visualizations of interesting things around Singapore. Very impressive how they managed to get all that data about Singapore. Worth checking out, despite the obtuse language.
