1. Head down to The Orange Thimble. (A note of caution: On weekends, Tiong Bahru is visited by too many people who park like idiots.)
  2. Order the affagato (which is about S$7) and request for the Bailey’s ice-cream instead of vanilla.
  3. Wait for a couple of minutes. (Just so you know, they serve the ice-cream in the espresso, not separately.)
  4. When it arrives, don’t pause for pictures or whatever and just get right into it.
  5. Enjoy the sensation of your taste palettes getting absolutely frisked all over the place.
