- Head down to The Orange Thimble. (A note of caution: On weekends, Tiong Bahru is visited by too many people who park like idiots.)
- Order the affagato (which is about S$7) and request for the Bailey’s ice-cream instead of vanilla.
- Wait for a couple of minutes. (Just so you know, they serve the ice-cream in the espresso, not separately.)
- When it arrives, don’t pause for pictures or whatever and just get right into it.
- Enjoy the sensation of your taste palettes getting absolutely frisked all over the place.
